10 Week Program for PCOS/endometriosis

Finding out you have PCOS/endometrisos can be overwhelming and make you feel hopeless and alone. I know, I've been there too.

 

It doesn't help when doctors tell you there's no cure and to use synthetic hormones to mask your symptoms.

 

You may be questioning if you'll ever have a regular cycle, be able to have kids, and just feel good in your body. Or maybe you're wondering if people are judging you based on your appearance, if your symptoms are stopping you from finding a partner or are having a negative affect on your relationship....

Week 1 

Introduction + Goal Setting

  • You'll gain a sound understanding of what will be covered in the course in order to get the most out of it.

  • We'll create a safe space that gives you the opportunity to connect with other women on a similar journey as you and create community and life long connections.  

  • We'll work through any possible fears or resistance that may be present, so that there's nothing holding you back from embodying your most vibrant self.

  • You'll set goals that you'd like to achieve during the program to measure your success. 

Week 2

Food + Healing

  • We take an in depth look at food and nutrition and the fundamental role food plays in health. 

  • You'll learn about the best foods to eat to heal PCOS/endometriosis​ and also what foods to avoid for optimal health.

  • We'll cover the benefits of incorporating more green vegetables in your diet and learn some quick and easy recipes to try.

  • We'll explore home cooking, it's benefits and time saving tips, so you can incorporate more meals made with love.

  • We'll look at keeping a food diary in order to gain an in depth understanding of what foods work for your body's individual needs. 

Week 3

Exercise for Your Body 

  • We focus on exercise and the importance of incorporating it into your routine.

  • You'll learn which exercises are best for healing PCOS/endometriosis and which ones to avoid.

  • We'll cover how you can change your approach to exercise so that it's enjoyable and fun.

  • You'll learn about yoga and how to use it as a tool for healing.

Week 4

Reducing Your Toxic Load

  • Learn ways to minimise exposure to toxic chemicals in your food, water, household and beauty products.

  • You'll obtain a deeper understanding of the affects these toxins can have your hormones and overall health. 

  • Learn how to observe your thoughts and release the ones that aren't serving you.

  • Look at the relationships in your life and learn how to prioritise ones that align with your values.

Week 5

Meditation + Spiritual Practice

  • You'll learn about the various health benefits of meditation. 

  • We'll discuss different types of meditation so you can find one that works best for you. 

  • You'll learn about consecration and how to develop a unique spiritual practice that's perfectly suited to you. 

  • Begin to recognise the divine in yourself and 

  • You'll learn about guru mantra meditation (transcendental meditation), how to use it as a tool for healing and be given a manta that resonates deeply with you.

Week 6

Cultivate Self Love + Acceptance

  • Begin to explore the relationship you have to your body as a woman. Start creating a deeper, more loving connection to your feminine form.

  • You'll identify negative beliefs you may have towards your body and explore ways to release them so  you can feel more comfortable and confident in your skin. 

  • Learn about a range of self care practices to incorporate so you can achieve radical self love and radiant beauty.

  • Know your inherent value and begin to recognise how worthy and special you truely are. 

Week 7

Connecting to Your Feminine Essence 

  • You'll learn about Shakti and Shiva consciousness and the role in plays in your life.

  • We'll explore dance and movement as a way of releasing trauma from the body.

  • You'll be guided through a womb space meditation to connect you to this area more deeply.

  • You'll learn about yoni steaming and yoni eggs and how to use them as a tool to connect more deeply to your feminine essence. 

  • We'll discuss crystal pleasure wands and their potent potential for healing and connection to self. 

Week 8

Making Everyday Life Sacred

  • You'll learn how to bring ritual and ceremony into daily life to create magic in the mundane.

  • We'll look at alter making and creating sacred space, to inspire you to create your own unique and special place of worship. 

  • You'll learn how to connect more deeply with other women and invite sacred sisterhood into your like without competition or intimidation. 

  • We'll discuss women's circles and the power of sisterhood, and you'll be given tips on how to host and hold space for this powerful practise. 

Week 9

Secrets of Manifesting + Creating Your Dream Life

  • We'll discuss creative visualisation, how to create your dream life and accomplish all of your dreams and desires. 

  • You'll learn the secrets to manifesting and the power of your thoughts, words and actions. 

  • You'll be guided through setting intention, getting specific on what you want to bring into you life, and how to make it a reality.

Week 10

Program Completion and Celebration 

  • You'll review all of your progress – small and large,  and have the opportunity to celebrate your achievements. 

  • We'll cover tips on how to continue practicing what you learnt to ensure life long transformation and growth. 

  • Finish up feeling fulfilled, connected and empowered with a community of like minded women and life long friendships.
